Statement of Faith

We believe that…

• The Bible is the divinely inspired Word of God

• Jesus Christ is the Second Person of the Triune Godhead, the Word Incarnate, who made atonement for the sins of all mankind in His shed blood.  He rose from the dead and lives and reigns as Lord.

• We are saved by “grace through faith”.  All have sinned and come short of the glory of God and are in need of salvation.  Free salvation for all who believe and obey is provided through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, to the end that whosoever believe in Him may be reconciled to God and have eternal life with Him.

• The Baptism of the Holy Spirit is an empowering experience subsequent to salvation that is available to all.

• The gifts of the Holy Spirit are provided in the redemptive work of Christ and are available to every believer.

• The Church consists of all those who have repented of their sins and received Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.

• There shall be a bodily resurrection of the just and the unjust.

• In the personal, visible, and imminent return of Jesus Christ.

• We are committed to the furtherance of His Kingdom and the propagation of His gospel and the ministration of His love, mercy, and grace.
